Emmanuel Bidanda has been working for more than twenty years mainly for a diverse clientele of companies (French companies or subsidiaries of foreign groups) or entrepreneurs whom he advises in their acquisition or restructuring operations, as well as in their daily corporate issues.

His dual training in France and in the United Kingdom, as well as his professional experience strongly focused on international activities, also enable him to assist foreign investors in their establishment in France, as well as French companies in their operations abroad.

As such, he is involved on a daily basis in the following areas:

Mergers and acquisitions and corporate law

• mergers & acquisitions, mainly for its clients, in the context of equity transactions, external growth (capital or assets), sale of shares or assets in the context of restructuring.
• advising founders or managers in PE transactions.
• day-to-day corporate law issues.

Emmanuel also intervenes in conflicts and pathological situations related to these fields of activity, in particular between shareholders, or between shareholders and managers.

International Litigation and Arbitration

In the context of his international activities, Emmanuel acts for his foreign clients or on referrals in complex international disputes or arbitration proceedings.

Business and international criminal law

Emmanuel Bidanda assists P3B AVOCATS clients in the criminal proceedings with which they may be confronted in the course of their activities or duties as company directors or managers, in defense or as victims, while raising their awareness of the criminal risk, in a preventive manner.

He has thus developed a particular expertise of handling sensitive criminal cases, particularly in the context of the functional protection of public officials.

Emmanuel Bidanda is also in charge of P3B AVOCATS’ relations with its partner firms abroad.
