Her wide experience in contract law, most notably in the IT and multimedia fields, has enabled Nathalie Puigserver to develop a strong expertise in computer and information technology.

Advising her clients on risk management in complex IT-based transactions, Nathalie has also successfully acted in dispute resolution cases arising from the infringement of multimedia providers’ IP rights.

Nathalie has appeared before French and E.U. Courts in numerous competition cases (restrictions on free movement of goods, concerted practices, agreements falling under Article 81). In addition, she has led cases relating to genetically-modified food and food permits/licenses.
